Our Founder

Cathy Nguyen is a Consultant, Executive, and Creative Director within the Beauty and Fashion industry. Since a child, she has been taught to have integrity and a strong work ethic, as she watched her beauty entrepreneur parents live the American Dream. She grew up working in beauty salons her parents owned in Orange County and Los Angeles. Since 2007, she has successfully launched brands into retailers, generated high volume sales and events, developed products, educated teams, and created strategic marketing campaigns. She is entrusted as a leader to grow and manage luxury brands through her effective sales and retail plans, and global expertise in brand experience. Her extensive career as a Fashion Stylist and Makeup Artist, has allowed her to create for luxury brands, celebrities, politicians, film, photoshoots, red carpet events, weddings, magazine editorials, and runway shows.

A visionary, whom has been blessed to use her gifts as an artist and business executive in makeup, skincare, fragrance, hair, and fashion. A passionate leader, who thrives in positive environments and loves collaborating with like minded individuals to achieve a collective goal. Now in 2025, she is excited to lead the consulting firm and pay her knowledge forward to the community she is destined to serve.
